PRE-ORDERING
Why are you offering pre-orders?
We're excited to offer our popular move-in bundles for the January start! To ensure everyone receives their orders in time for the winter semester, we're taking pre-orders now to accurately manage our inventory and shipping logistics. Pre-ordering allows us to fulfill your order efficiently, ensuring your essentials arrive exactly when you need them!
How does pre-ordering work?
Pre-ordering is simple! Browse our selection of move-in bundles and all other essentials, choose your preferred delivery date using our handy date picker by the cart, click on checkout, and complete your purchase as usual. Your payment will be processed immediately to secure your order. You'll receive order confirmation and updates about your order status via email.
When will my pre-ordered items ship?
Your pre-ordered items will ship according to your selected delivery date. Your delivery date will be confirmed in your order details after you make your order. You'll receive email updates to track the status of your shipment.
Can I change my pre-ordered delivery date?
We understand that plans can change! Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to adjust your delivery date. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, as long as you do it 7 days in advance. Email us at

Can I cancel my pre-order?
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@yourstudentshop.com. Pre-order cancellations within 15 days of delivery date will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover already incurred shipping and handling costs.
What happens if the product I pre-ordered is out of stock before my delivery date?
We will contact you immediately by email if this is the case. We will offer you alternative solutions, such as a full refund, a replacement product (if available) or you can select a different delivery date.

What kind of products do you offer?
We offer everything you need to make your on-campus or off-campus residence feel like home! We're here to help you create a space that reflects your personal style and makes you feel comfortable and cozy. Here's a peek at what we offer:
Bedding: We've got you covered (literally!) with a wide variety of bedding essentials. From soft sheets and plush pillows to cozy comforters and supportive mattress toppers, we have everything you need for a great night's sleep.
Kitchen: Whether you're a seasoned chef or just learning to cook, we've got all the kitchen essentials you need to create delicious meals. We carry a full range of cookware, utensils, and more essentials, making it easy to stock your kitchen for success.
Bathroom: Whether you're sharing a bathroom or have a private one. We have all the essentials, like mesh laundry bags, towels, and shower curtains for shared bathrooms. For private bathrooms, we have handy caddies, stylish shower curtains, bathroom accessories like soap dispensers, and more.
And there's more! We also offer a wide selection of other essentials to help you make your new place feel truly homey. Think lamps, storage bins, desk organizers and supplies, and cleaning supplies.
Do you offer different sizes/types of bedding bundles for different bed sizes?
Yes, absolutely! We have bundles for twin XL beds and full/double beds, so you can find what fits for your space.
Do you offer different bundles for different living situations (e.g., shared apartments, individual studios)?
We're working on expanding our bundle options to better suit different living situations. While we have bundles designed for individual dorm rooms and apartments, we are currently developing bundles that cater to shared apartments. Check back soon for updates!
Can I customise the items in a bundle or create my own?
We understand that everyone has different needs and preferences. Right now, we're focused on offering our curated bundles to make your move-in as easy as possible. However, we're actively working on adding a customization option for our bundles soon! We want to give you the freedom to choose the items that fit your unique style and budget. In the meantime, feel free to contact our customer service team if you have any specific requests or questions about our bundles. We're happy to help!

How do I know what size bedding I need?
The best way to know for sure is to check the dimensions of your bed! You can find this information in your accommodation details.
Twin/Single bed: 38" x 74" / 96.5 x 189 cm
Double/Full XL: 53" x 74" / 134.5 x 189 cm
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
When should I place my order?
We recommend placing the order for your on/off campus residence ahead of time to reserve your products since we have high demand.
Do you offer the next day or express delivery?
We currently do not offer next-day or express delivery options. We are working hard to expand our delivery options in the future to better accommodate our customers’ needs, but for now, our standard delivery timeframes apply. You can find details on standard shipping times on our Shipping & Returns page. We appreciate your understanding!
How can I change my delivery date?
Please contact sales@yourstudentshop.com and we will gladly try to help you as much as we can if your delivery is not out yet!
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery fee within Ontario is $15. However, we offer free delivery on all orders with a subtotal of $200 or more (before taxes) within Ontario. For deliveries outside of Ontario, please contact us for a shipping quote. You can find more details about our shipping options and rates on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I arrange a special delivery?

Do you deliver overseas?
Currently, we do not offer overseas delivery. However, we are actively working to expand our shipping capabilities and plan to begin delivering to the United States soon.
REFUNDS, RETURNS OR REPLACEMENTS
Can I cancel my order?
While orders cannot be canceled once processed, if you change your mind upon receiving your order, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

Can I return my order?
We only accept returns in the event that your products are broken or defective.
